Terms & Conditions:
- All memberships & packages are NON-refundable and NON-transferable to other clients or family members.
- Service discounts do not apply to packages, product bundles, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase memberships.
- Active means a member who has a valid membership agreement in good standing.
- No services will be provided if the membership is not in good standing.
- There will be times when you would like to freeze your membership due to extenuating circumstances such as extended illness, military leave, or temporary relocation.
- When a membership is frozen, a member may not use their accrued in-store credit.
- A member may freeze by contacting Zenfultouch in person, via phone call or certificated letter. Upon request a front desk associate can send a freeze form via email that must be completed and submitted within 48 hours of being sent.
- If not completed there will be no change to the membership and the member’s full dues will continue to be billed.
- A minimum of one full membership dues payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.
- Memberships must also be in good standing (active) to freeze or unfreeze the account.
